I have completed my Diploma Engineering in 2004. Later on i done Graduation and MBA in power management. I have worked with top MNCs like ABB(Switzerland), ISOLUX CORSAN (Spanish company)
Now i am full time professional in Mechanical Engineering Designer of Static & Dynamic Product.

In tool room design i have 2 yrs of experience.

Service Description
I am expert in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Pro-e, Solidworks, AutoPlant, Naviswork for check plant clashes.
In POWER PLANT BOP package I have designed PFD, P&ID General Layout of, water balance system, Compressed air system, Fire fighting system, HVAC system, Fuel Gas system, Demineralised water system, Potable water system, Auxiliary water system, Service water system.
I have designed JIG& FIXTURES in Pro-E & Solidworks. I know to how I should design a drawing for understanding to production unit. I have experience in leaving proper space for soldering option in FIXTURES. In JIGS Design I have basically designed for rotational moment of Machine. I used to calculate all size of FIXTURES & JIGS
In ABB I was handling the designs of Steam & water Analysing system that were used to design in AutoCAD. Th I was calculating all these design with engineer.
In my past - the starting company i have worked in Reverse engineering i have designed flour & rice mills Machines designs. Flourtech company purchases the machine from top lead companies in the same field and our job was to design the same machines in AutoCAD, Solid
