Work Terms

Working Hours.
Available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).
Additional hours or overtime can be arranged in advance based on mutual agreement.
National holidays are observed, unless urgent projects require attention with at least 48 hours' notice.

Payment Terms
payment options: per hour, per project, or monthly, depending on the agreement.
An upfront payment of 30-50% of the total project fee is required before starting the work.
The remaining balance is due within 7 days of project completion and delivery.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon digital payment platforms.

Preferred Communication Style
Clear and direct communication is preferred via email or professional messaging platforms such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Regular discussions or meetings can be conducted virtually or in person, depending on project needs.
Feedback should be structured to ensure an efficient revision process.

Revision Policy
Each project includes up to 2-3 rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions will be billed based on their complexity.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days after the initial delivery of the project.
Collaboration and Commitment

Clients are expected to provide complete materials, briefs, and guidelines before the start of the project to ensure the desired outcome.
Delays in client feedback or material submission may affect the project timeline.
Copyright and Usage Rights

Copyrights for the video will be transferred to the client upon full payment. However, the work may be showcased in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
