Work Terms

WORK TERMS

1. PROJECT SCOPE
We ensure a clear understanding of project requirements, goals, and deliverables before starting. Open communication is encouraged to clarify all aspects.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
- Hourly Rate: Competitive rates vary by project complexity.
- Fixed-Price: Available for well-defined projects.
- Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.
- Milestone Payments: Set for larger projects, with payments tied to progress.
- Payment Methods: Via Guru’s SafePay or other secure methods.

3. REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
- Three rounds of revisions are included per project phase. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
- Timely client feedback is essential to meet deadlines.

4. COMMUNICATION
- We maintain regular communication via Guru platforms.
- Scheduled meetings are available to discuss updates.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
- All client information is kept confidential and used solely for project purposes.

6. DELIVERY
- Final files are delivered in the agreed format, meeting high-quality standards.
- Files are transferred upon full payment, including source files as needed.

7. DEADLINES & TURNAROUND
- We are committed to meeting deadlines and delivering on time. In case of delays, we will communicate and adjust schedules accordingly.

8. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
- Full ownership of deliverables is transferred upon payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.

9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Refunds are based on work completed if the project is canceled. Completed work or milestones generally aren't refundable unless standards are unmet.

10. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
- Post-project support for web/digital projects is available at an additional cost, covering updates and minor adjustments.
