I'm a hands-on mom but previously worked in several BPO companies here in the Philippines since 2004. I started as an agent and excels in sales and customer service. I am a quality agent able to work with minimal even with no supervision.
I have good analytical skills; quality oriented, has an eye for detail, critical-thinking, with excellence-mindset. I became a Quality Call Analyst a couple of years later because of that. I do every task at hand with a degree of perfection to keep errors to a minimum. Quality work can be expected.
I stopped working when I got married and I am now a mother of a bright 2 year old boy. Now that my son is big enough and I can safely say that I am now ready to continue the career I enjoy doing. To work not in a regular office setting but the one that is home based would be a great choice for me and my family.
