I needed someone to support me intermittently with some SQL knowledge that was out of league. Thomas was knowlegeble, contientious, and eager to help whenever I needed him. He listened well to my needs and provovided the perfect level of support. He was also very good about teaching me and providing me with tools/templates and shortcuts so that I could work effectively independently. - A++
