3. Response Time: Within 24 hours on weekdays, quicker for urgent matters.

5. Feedback: Welcome and prompt handling of feedback and revisions.
6. Payment: Fifty percent down payment before the start of the work and monthly invoicing for retainers or milestone-based payments for projects, with payment due within 15 to 30 days.
7. Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality is maintained for all shared information.
8. Termination: Three days' notice is required for contract termination, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
