About

o Creation and Review of Journal Entries.
o Month End Accruals – Review the AP and AR Transactions and create for accruals for those which missed to report on current month.
o Accurate and consistent Data Interpretation to Clients.
o Bank Reconciliation - Review and clear the transactions recorded for all bank accounts for each property and update the schedule for reconciliation of the same.
o Processing of Daily Email requests from the client for any updating and creation of Journal Entries.
o Processing the recurring Entries for each month for all the properties
o SOP Creation and updating with every changes
o Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Reviewing and updating the Schedules and supporting for Reconcile the balance for each GL in the Balance Sheet.
o Variance analysis based on trend in Income Statement for all GL accounts and updating comments for management for the variance.
o Reporting of Financial Data on an accurate manner
o Multi Tasks as required by management.
o Leading a team of 25 who handles the GL Process and Reporting
o Finance planning and Analysis for the monthly financials along with actual and budgeted figures
o Analze the trend in current expense with budget
o Management Fee calculation and reconciliation
o Client Engagement for status and Updates for the process
o Managing deliverables
o Helping management to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
o Making decisions in solving moderately complex problems.
o Provide solutions adapting existing methods and procedures.
o To understand the strategic standard set by senior management ,clearly communicate team goals,deliverables and keep the team updated with any kind of changes brought to the process.
o Interact with Client for any questions and requirements and make them posted with the status as per the schedule.
o To provide guidance to team members to determine methods and procedures on new assignment.
o Works under pressure and complete tasks withing the timeline.
o Expertise in advanced Excel and PowerPoint to work complex data and presentation to varied management and the Client.
o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information.
o Providing insights about spending trends and cost saving and margin opportunities.
o Prepare forecast and variance analysis for the business to ensure proper budgetary controls.
