o Executing designs, switchgear drawings and rules & instructions in the departmental codes, manuals, technical circulars, etc. in force from time to time
o Planning, analyzing & conceptualizing basic requirements while setting up electrical activities in substations & external of the project and reviewing all the project proposals
o Negotiating & executing the work in conformity with contract & procurement policies
• Establishing new project departments involving acquisition of requisite infrastructure and human resources, financial resources as well as taking mandatory approvals
• Administering infrastructure works like cable pulling (HV/LV), erection of substation, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating with site management;• Responsible for:

o Testing & commissioning of electrical equipment
o Cable size calculation, preparation of material approval submittals, method statements, risk assessments and task safety analysis
• Interacting with clients, consultants, architects & sub-contractors of the projects while ensuring profitability and project deliverables.
