About

• Extensive experience in preparing proposals, SLA’s against Tenders /RFP/RFI/RFQ according to IT & BPO, Extensive client handling capabilities with US, UAE, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Maldives,

• Strong Business partner engagement & Managerial skills in region like Africa, Srilanka, Hong Kong, Maldives, and Africa & India.

• Periodically look for fresh Business Partner engagements & review of partners across globe, Review periodically Partners agreed targets & their performance

• Set up process for Sales & Marketing department, generation of appropriate templates for the department & successful track record of implementation of process.

• Strong experience in Lead generation, driving cold calling team (Make occasional Cold calling to prospects as and when need arises) both locally and international team & driving team to achieve their set targets and ensuring proper conversion of sales

• Responsible for NDA, Reseller document generation & its engagement process with partners

• Regular Development and maintenance of prospects Database & Periodical updates in Microsoft-CRM

• Well experienced in post software delivery payment collection from customer, has successful track record of many with overseas customers.

• Deep exposure in independently preparing Technical & Commercial proposals for Government & RFP, RFI & RFQ in GCC, South East Asian & African countries

• Strong in account management skills, ensuring customer retaining and capturing fresh project opportunities with existing customers.

• Well versed in framing SLA’s, NDA’s & other required Marketing collaterals for the Organization from time to time.

• Wide exposure in Stake holder interaction (multi-cultural, multinational) and move towards achieving planned targets
