Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: $15 - $50 per hour
Project-based Pricing: $200 - $2,000 per project
Milestone-based Payments: Payments tied to specific project milestones (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% at design completion, 30% at final delivery)
Timeline:
Turnaround Time: 3-5 business days for small projects, 7-14 days for larger projects
Revisions: 2-3 free revisions, additional revisions at $25 per hour
Communication:
Response Time: Within 24 hours for emails, messages, or calls
Regular Updates: Weekly or bi-weekly progress updates
Scope of Work:
Services Included: Graphic design, digital art, poster designing, logo designing, youtube thumbnail designing
Services Not Included: Web development, copywriting, printing
Cancellation Policy:
Notice Period: 24-48 hours for cancellation or postponement
Cancellation Fee: $100 or 20% of total project cost
