Experienced in Credit Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Banking, Accounting, Finance, and Financial Analysis. Strong operations professional with a degree in accountancy from UiTM and currently pursuing another level that is Chartered Banker as professional skills.
I am very flexible, versatile, and able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. Competitive in nature and used to work with strict deadline, under pressure and possesses experience in solving any problem.
Have an experience in dealing with people including staffs and clients. I am always seeking a good relationship with people around me in order to find an establishment in self.
My position requires me to prepare policies, processes and procedures which are to be followed by the bank nationwide, whenever there are new products to be launched or due to Regulatory requirement.
My duties involve ensuring that the process to be implemented in risk free and compliant to Group policy as well as Regulatory Guidelines. Ensure quality assurance checks must also be in place where necessary. I also perform yearly review of Standard Operating Procedures. I work well with all parties involved in the preparation, review and implementation of changes/process.
