Hello! My name is Rachel and I have been a virtual assistant for over 10 years. Prior to becoming a VA, I worked in corporate offices for over 10 years.
I specialize in calendar management, appointment scheduling, email management, data entry, bookkeeping (QBO), spreadsheet/document/presentation preparation and formatting, form creation, Dropbox/file management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
I love the flexibility of working from home and the ability to work various people and jobs throughout the week!
Work Terms
I work Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm Central. Outside of those hours is flexible with advance notice to allow for proper planning.
With advance notice, I can make availability to work on Saturdays.
I prefer email communication primarily but I am okay with text or phone communication as well.
I typically request payments be made weekly, but I am flexible based on the terms of the job.
