Hourly Rate: My standard rate for proofreading and editing services is $50 per hour. This ensures that each project receives the meticulous attention and expertise it deserves.

Minimum Fee: There is a minimum fee of $200 for all projects. This guarantees a thorough and high-quality review, regardless of the project's length or complexity.

Project Scope and Estimate: Upon receiving your document, I will review it and provide an estimated timeframe for completion. Some projects may require more time than initially estimated due to their complexity or the level of detail required. In such cases, the final payout may be higher to reflect the additional hours worked. I will keep you informed of any changes to the estimated timeframe and cost.

Payment Terms: A deposit of $200 is required to begin work on your project. The remaining balance will be calculated based on the actual hours worked and is due upon completion of the project.

Revisions: Each project includes one round of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality: All documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality. I am committed to maintaining your privacy and safeguarding your work.

Software Utilization: During the proofreading and editing process, I may utilize software such as Microsoft Word and other grammar software products to enhance the accuracy and quality of your document. These tools help identify errors and suggest improvements, ensuring a polished final product.

Delivery: Completed projects will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe. I strive to meet all deadlines and will communicate promptly if any unforeseen delays arise.
