I have previously built and managed people departments within fast growing VC backed technology companies

I have experience in all aspects of HR including all talent management, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, learning & development, legal compliance in relation to all people matters, policies & procedures and implementing new systems.

In a previous role I hired 75 people within 6 months whilst ensuring a very low turnover of employees despite the large numbers brought in. Many of the hires were made in the context of constantly changing roles and objectives so this was some feat.

I have managed the opening of new offices replacing reseller teams in-country around the world including Australia, Korea, Utrecht, Germany, Spain and Mexico. Looking after all elements of human resources Internationally, including employee relations, legal contracts, disputes and mitigation, visas, and in country immigration business sponsorships,

I have a track record of global community creation in a rapidly scaling international organisation, skills which are essential for helping to make people feel like a community, maintain the culture and come to grips with difficulties of international, rapid expansion.

I now run a consultancy advising global scaling businesses on creating and maintaining a great culture, market readiness, value proposition creation and design ,business model for scale, market segment analysis, visions for scale, market expansion, reseller implementation and management, marketing strategy, pricing strategy and product management for global markets.

I have a full understanding of the requirements needed in order for a business to scale and the people strategy needed to achieve it.
