I have worked in the Administrative Office field for over 13 years. I've worked several different positions starting as receptionist and advancing as high up as a personal Executive Administrative Assistant to a VP of Operations.
Most of my experience is in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, however, I do have extensive knowledge and training in Lotus applications and several newer online applications such as WordPress.
I have excellent time management skills as well as a great attention to details. I believe in 100% open communication when working with a client. I do not believe in submitting a completed project until I am content that it was completed to the client's 100% expectations.
Work Terms
I work both fixed and hourly assignments. I spread my assignments out over a 40 hour work week. Depending on my work load, I work as many as 60 hours a week, for various numbers of clients. I prefer to handle communication through email, but have used Skype as a communication method on projects requiring more explanation or more personal contact.
