Dynamic, Creative Writer with a Dedicated Approach and Willingness to Break From the Mold
My heart has beat to life's drum for 21 years. In this short time I have gained experience in many aspects.
Home schooled until 9th grade, I entered the depths of a high school that changed me. I introduced my interest in journalism to my English teacher, leading to the creation of the school's first newspaper in twenty years. The newspaper was an infant, my advisor and I it's only parents. It grew as my junior year passed and was full fledged when I graduated. We had several writers dedicated to the typical sections including sports, comics, school events and a type of "Ask Abby" column. I designated an editor for grammatical checks and I put together the final product. Using Microsoft I designed, organized and published the newspaper and set up the distributing schedules.
Since then I have attended college for health sciences, studied writing courses and trekked cross country. We left frigid, icy Upstate New York and endured the winter storms plaguing our trip to Corvallis, Oregon.
I intend to gain experience freelance writing creative works, non fiction, blogs and web content. I am familiar with Wordpress and Wix Website Builder. I am experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel. I have created websites using Wix and have experience with SEO and keywords.
I provide professionalism, originality and a mature yet fresh perspective. I believe in telling stories in exactly the light they occur in and am willing to write.
Work Terms
Payment terms will be negotiated on a per job basis and discussed beforehand. There will be a small minimum down payment to ensure any jobs are not spam or fake. I am available to work seven days a week and any amount of hours it takes to finish a project on time for an employer.
