With Customer support we are dealing with billings and other concerns of the customer about the product or about their bills such as Microsoft 365, Comcast and AT&T.
And in outbound we are selling some products using the leads they provided us.
While in Homebased I became as a Virtual Assistants mainly in doing short content writing and researching. Researching some leads and some information on a particular person/company my client gave. I also worked as a Customer support representative homebased via Odesk. I am proficient in using Word, Excel Presentation and office 365.
