Hi! I'm Rachelle, I had a BPO experience for 3 years. I've been a phone support in two accounts within that span of time.The First account I experienced was about money transfer service and the second account experienced was about ridesharing phone support. A year ago I tried to put up a facebook page for online selling but I stopped since I had a work in a physical office. I also have background in Human Resource. I am now looking forward to have a chance to work at home because it is more convenient for me.
