I have for more than 3 years in Customer Service assisting U.S customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and served purely as Customer Service Representative. I also handled Business to Business with our Dealers at the same time. I can provide emails, chats, technical and phone support.
Communication is my expertise. I am being delighted in providing quality customer service and satisfaction towards customers.
I also worked as a Telemarketer and an appointment setter for several campaigns like real estate, insurance and web site developer company.
