Looking for a scrum Master or test management position to improve my people and technical skills

 Have been Working as a scrum Master for 2 years along with Salesforce CRM testing. As an SM, Involved in Event Facilitation, team collaboration/coordination, Problem solving or impediment removal, Supporting Backlog monitoring and Work prioritization, process improvements, multiple scrum team/vendor coordination etc.
 Worked as a Test Lead for 6 years, managing weekly/biweekly CR deliveries. Responsible for planning, execution, reporting, and user acceptance testing activities. Technically guiding and supporting subordinates and leading team of 10.
 Skilled in Manual Testing, End to End/System testing, user acceptance testing, Salesforce, Siebel, Netcracker, HPSM, etc.
 Requirement analysis, Test Planning, Test design, Improvisation of regression test suite, Status Reporting, Problem solving, People management and coaching.
 Defect management- Coordinating daily defect triage calls with multi- vendor technical teams for resolution.
