Rafael did an excellent job. He followed my instructions and came up with an excellent drawing for my editorial cartoon project. He was easy to communicate with, he was fast, and he was very reasonably priced. He did better than what most of the other quotes showed me at about one quarter of some of the other quotes. I would definitely use him again.
