Working with product development and business development since 2007. Since then we've worked for industries such as software development, industrial automation, media, luxury goods, events, education, fintech, real estate, IoT, science.

Working on all areas of product development and business analysis including execution of projects, new product development as product owner and project manager, running product and MVP workshops for clients from all around the world and close to the production teams.

Work Terms

Varstadt is pre-production company for new product and services development and implementation. We create product documentation and development approaches for online and offline services, communicate to the production team, verify technologies, help shape lean businesses, and explore new R&D areas for a variety of industries.

To create prototypes, mockups, product documentation we have to have interview with the client. We will help scope things to lean start, create good balsamiq or sketch mockups (make them clickable), create WP/Shopify, wearable, device prototype.

If needed we will screen production teams for the best fit.
