Virtual Assistant and Digital Marketer

I have work experience as a Customer Service Representative and have a successful track record of problem solving, communication, and decision making skills. My previous work has taught me the significance of clear communication and friendly service over the phone. I have good hands on experience with customer service.

I have 3 years experience wherein I first worked for a family friend's guest house to promote it by posting ads on various websites, at the same time I used to do room bookings via phone calls and emails.

In my next job I worked for Barclay's bank for house mortgage services answering phone calls of solicitors, advisers and applicants. Thanks to the experience gained in my previous jobs.

Currently, I am working on Upwork for my client as a Virtual assistant and also as a customer support agent in email appointment setting, making calls to Wholesale and Franchise Leads and updating CRM, sending contracts and followup emails to leads for the company MyWarrantyRefund and creating email campaign. I have previously worked for my client in handling Live Chat support and writing blog posts as well. I have also worked as a Wholesale and Franchise sales assistant for Islamic Design House which is a branded company based in UK.
