Work Terms
1. Project Scope & Timeline
- Each project will start with a clear understanding of the scope and requirements.
- The timeline will be mutually agreed upon before commencing work.
2. Revisions
- Two rounds of minor revisions are included in the initial quote.
- Additional revisions will incur extra charges, depending on complexity.
3. Communication
- Preferred mode of communication is via email or messaging platforms for clarity and record-keeping.
- Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and smooth progress.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% of the total project fee is required upfront as a non-refundable deposit.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
5. Copyright & Ownership
- All design rights and ownership will be transferred upon final payment.
- I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Project Termination
- Either party can terminate the project with prior written notice.
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination point.
7. File Delivery
- Final designs will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF).
- Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are available upon request for an additional fee.
8. Confidentiality
- All project details and discussions will be kept confidential unless permission is granted to share.
