In quest of an opportunity that would help me apply my skills as a Strategy & Operations Consultant.

Raghav last worked as a Consulting Manager with EY India. While with EY, Raghav, as the Engagement Manager, led one of the largest end-to-end Finance Transformation projects in India, for a renowned Pharma & FMCG Manufacturer.

His core strength is his understanding of the mechanics behind organizational success. His role is to guide CFOs in their evolving role as a guardian of the economic value agenda for the Enterprise. Raghav has gained deep experience by helping Fortune 500 companies with Business Strategy & Operations, Finance Transformation, Process Optimization, and designing strategic enterprise operating models that are focused on achieving business outcomes.

Raghav built the B2C business of Dwartak.com into a self-sustainable organization to help India fight COVID-19. The start-up crossed ₹1 Million Revenue in less than 60 days, during the peak of COVID cases in India. This experience exposed him to Wholesale & Retail business, the working and building of an Ecommerce platform, Logistics pan India & API integrations.
