I am Mechanical Engineer and worked as a MEP design Consultant for 7 years & LEED consultant for three years with proven record of implementing projects which are ranging from Apartments, Hotels, Office buildings, Apparel factories, Commercial buildings and Data center in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Haiti.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Services shall be provided to the Client during the following phases of the Project:
a) Concept Design
The following drawings and documents will be submitted for this work phase.
 Schematic drawings for all the services according to the scope of work
 Draft Design Brief

b) Detail Design
Final Detail drawings for all the services according to the scope of work (Construction Drawings and relevant shop drawings to be completed by the respective Sub‐Contractor with the guidance of the Consultant).
 Final Design Brief
 Final Preamble notes and Specification
 The Consultant shall supply total detailed designs of all works included under the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.

c) Tender Documentation –
 Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities for all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Work
 Participate in Sub Contractor Proposal Reviews (if required)
e) Contract Administration stage -
 Issue Necessary clarifications based on the design to the Contractor if required and also approve shop drawings/documents submitted by the Contractors, Sub‐Contractors and Nominated Sub Contractors from time to time during the Construction Stage.

Work Terms

I can work more than 30 hrs/week and charging $5/hr
