Work Terms
As an Android developer freelancer, I have established the following work terms to ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship with my clients:
Hours of operation: I am available to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to accommodate project-specific deadlines and the client's schedule. I am also available for emergency support outside of regular working hours.
Payment terms: I accept payment through a variety of methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, and credit card. My payment terms typically include a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. I also offer flexible payment plans for larger projects.
Communication style: I prefer to communicate with my clients via email, but I am also available for phone and video calls as needed. I believe in open and clear communication and make a point to respond promptly to client inquiries.
Confidentiality: I understand the importance of protecting my client's information and ideas. I agree to keep all client information confidential and to not disclose it to any third parties.
Intellectual property: I acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the app, including the source code, design, and all other related materials, belong to the client. I agree to transfer ownership of the app to the client upon project completion.
Warranty and support: I provide a warranty period of 30 days after project completion to address any issues or bugs. I also offer ongoing maintenance and support services as needed.
Termination: I agree to terminate the contract if either party breaches the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. I also reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to pay any amounts owed under the agreement.
