A Technical Support Engineer since 8 yrs and also do slogan writing,Blog writing and data entry jobs

I started working for HCL in 2003 and spent 2 yrs that helped me in gaining a lot of work experience. Later joined IBM in 2005 and spent 5 years sharpening my technical support skills, I was also trained on SAP Abap progamming during that phase and also worked for HP All in one Printer Technical Support team as escalation engineer for 2+ years as a part of an IBM project,later left IBM in March of 2010 and Joined a specialised Technical Support Company called iYogi Technical Support Services Pvt Ltd, iYogi also tought me a few very important things and improved my skills ,I am still with iYogi and here I got chance to work with there software and product team for limited period and worked on slogan writing, Blogging and data conversion work. That has been my professional journey so far.......
