SALES COORDINATOR EXECUTIVE
Job Scope:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling, ensuring the adequacy of sales- related equipment and material
Respond to complaints from customer local/Oversea and give after sales support when request
Handel the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Prepared progress order via issue Invoice, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Tender and Quotation
Monitor the team progress, identify shortcoming and propose improvements.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays and problems
Generate monthly Sales Report
Promote product/services to customer
Collect payment from overdue account customer
Assist on stock check
Use SQL system

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Scope:

Performing basic tasks such as filling, data entry, answering calls, processing mail & etc.
Processing transaction, issuing cheque, updating ledger, budget
Preparing financial report and assisting audit
Control petty cash transactions
Make forecast expenses or cost planning month payments.
Assist with the Financial Controller about delivery transactions with the bank.

Work Terms

Operation hours : 8 Hours

Payment : 90% project is complete.
