Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
-Everyday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (EST)
- holiday support available upon request
2. Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit upfront to secure project commencement
- 25% payment upon completion of 3D modeling phase
- 25% payment upon final delivery of visualization assets
- Net 30 days for invoiced payments
3. Preferred Communication Style:

- Phone and video calls for discussions and meetings

4. Project Timeline:
- Typical project duration: 2days (dependent on scope and complexity)
- Milestones and deadlines to be agreed upon project commencement
5. Scope of Work:
- Clearly defined project scope, including deliverables and specifications
- Any changes to scope may incur additional fees or time extensions
