Job Profile:
Having more than 31 years of experience in Logistics Management, which includes Foreign & Indigenous Purchase / Procurement, Store Management with stock replenishment system for spares parts, Vendor developments, Negotiation & finalization of contract including AMC. Rating and placing of purchase orders, Maintaining budget under different code heads and clearance of all invoices according to PO. Bulk receipt and issue of consignments through Air, Sea, Rail & Road, its storage, pre-inspection and distribution / movements to various establishments / site locations. Custom clearance for Export & Import and proper liaison with concerned authorities. Activate damage/loss survey for insurance, if any. Operations Manager with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products & services. Comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level. Also trained and capable to manage General Administration, Fleet Management, Space Management, Planning and Office Management by paying attention to safety and security measures.
