I am enthusiastic, energetic customer service professional from Bangalore. I have experience in Telephone customer service, chat support and email handling. I am good with data research and admin support as well.

My first work was with EBS, a company to call customer regarding daily medicine they require.

My second work was with MC, where I needed to call all the field engineers around the globe to inform if there is any issue with their local storage device.

My third work was with Capital One, where I needed to help customer regarding their credit card, through email, telephone, and chat.

Customer service is a simple work, but someone has to know how to view the situation from 3rd angle.
