Rajiv is a seasoned corporate finance professional with over 16 years of experience in investment banking and consulting. He has a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, valuation, and corporate strategy, due diligence, delivering top-tier solutions across diverse sectors including technology, SaaS, logistics & distribution, consumer goods & retail, manufacturing, and automotive suppliers.

Having worked in Canada, Germany, and India, Rajiv has successfully facilitated more than 20 deals with a cumulative enterprise value exceeding $500 million, spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

3. Advised on the sale of Sweda Inc., a B2B software provider for POS grocery retail chains, to a Constellation Software Group company.
4. Advised on the acquisition of on-geo GmbH, a German real estate software provider, by a portfolio company of UK-based Daily Mail and General Trust.
5. Advised on the sale of Shortcut Ventures GmbH, a portfolio company of Telefonica Deutschland, to a private equity investor.
6. Advised DHL, the German logistics group, on acquisition targets in North America.
7. Advised Silverfleet Capital on its acquisition of 7Days, a German workwear provider.
