A Business Management Professional. Experience in Project Feasibility, Development, Business Planning and Leading Operations and Finance

I have diverse experience of working with chemical industry and not for profit sector. I worked with a small IT services company into the business of automating work flows and developing web applications.

I worked in business planning function of the chemical industry and developed business plan, production plans besides working on developing new projects. Evaluated projects in chemical industry, iron and steel and worked on developing a power plant.

I have led finance and accounts function with country offices of for profit organizations and American Not for Profit Organizations. I have conducted trainings in Proposal Development, Financial Management, Contract Management, Budgeting, Budget Management and Control. Design of systems i.e. policies and processes.

I have been in consulting for last 3 years. I have consulted with large IT company and helped it build shared service department, helped a small IT company build systems to plug revenue leakage, measure employee performance and efficiency and contract management. I have also taken up assignments in developing standard costs and developing business plans for diverse businesses.
