I am Raju Manuel Jose and I am from Kerala, India.
I am a BSc. Cardiac perfusion graduate from Madras Medical Mission - Chennai and I have 2 years of work experience as an Office Administrator in Saleh Bin Lahej Cement Products, Dubai, UAE. ( Aug 2017 - Sep 2019). I changed my career because of the lack of job opportunities for the course I completed.
Now I am looking forward to enrolling in the Office administration executive course abroad in January 2021 intake.
As I have ample time ahead, I thought it would be better to do some part-time jobs as it will help me to learn something new every day and to earn some money.
My previous role as an office admin includes but not limited to :
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
• Provide administrative support for the operations team.
• Keep databases in check and update them regularly.
• Preparing Local purchase orders, Follow upon delivery of the requested materials, collecting Invoices. and so on.
