1. Availability:

I am available for work 3 day and 1 week full time
You can reach me via Guru message system or email.


2. Payment Terms:

I prefer payments via Guru’s SafePay for secure transactions.
Payment milestones can be set based on the scope of the project.
Full payment is required upon project completion and client approval.

3. Communication:

I ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project via:
Guru messages
Email
Zoom/Skype (if required)
Regular updates will be shared at every stage of the project to maintain transparency.

4. Turnaround Time:

Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.
Typical turnaround time for small projects: 2-5 days (depends on complexity).

5. Revisions and Feedback:

I provide free revisions to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions will be charged at an agreed rate.
Constructive feedback is always welcome to improve the output.

6. Copyrights:

Upon full payment, all final designs will be transferred to the client, and they will have full ownership rights.

7. Cancellation Policy:

If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for the work completed until cancellation.

For large files, delivery will be arranged via Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other platform.
