Hello,

I have been working since 2011
related to customer service, technical, financial with industries such as Telecommunications, Electronic devices and E commerce. I have dealt with local and foreign clients and customers particularly in the US and Australia.
I'm proud to say that I am proficient in customer handling, customer satisfaction, technical support, billing, email, live chat, data entry, social media management and order processing and fulfillment. I also have background with Samson, Quickview, Zendesk, Google, Microsoft word, Social Media.

In line with this I was commended as the top agent 2015 Tmobile superstar and was promoted as an admin from my recent job.

On the other hand I'm a techy savvy person who loves playing online games, setting up my gaming RIG/PC, love playing my guitar. And If I have a spare time I go to the gym and eat samgyupsal with my friends in Korean town.
