As an executive Virtual Assistant my task includes data entry, Internet research, uploading and calendar scheduling, email management, MS word formatting, excel, Google docs, Google Sheets, basic image editing, social media account management, Facebook Marketing, basic WordPress, and other related administrative works. Moreover, I used to work as a Plant Coordinator in a corporate set-up company. I handled more than 100 staff, monitored business transactions, organized schedules, managed and checked daily reports, MS word, Excel, created power point presentation and facilitating a meeting.
I consistently enhance my skills by taking online courses, watching video tutorials in YouTube and Podcast to ensure that my knowledge and skills is up-to-date. I am always up to the challenge of learning and improving my skills every day in order to provide more value to my client.
