Senior Mechanical Designer/CHECKER/ESTIMATOR

o All type of storage tanks and Process columns, Pressure vessels, Slope vessels & Lined vessels of General arrangement drawing and detail fabrication drawings like nozzle details, Internals, internal tray details, external attachments, Lifting details, and transportation drawings including fill of materials from PV-Elite Software Output as per ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 & DIV2 from client data sheet & client specification.
o General arrangement and detail drawings of Platform & Ladder for Pressure vessels and Process columns.
o General arrangement and detail drawings of spiral stairways for API tanks.
o General arrangement, Shell development, Roof plate development, bottom plate development & Nozzle detail drawings of API tanks.
o Conducting the checks of the detail fabrication drawing for various type of Pressure vessels all non-Pressure drawings like Air box, Air heater, Mechanical dust collector, Bunker, Boiler supporting structure, platform, Staircase and Ladder, water and oil storage tanks, air ducting and Boiler gas ducting.
o Coordinating with other departments like production, planning and erection along with preparing material forecast for all boiler components
