I am a diversified professional with a rich experience, specializing in employee relation.Worked as a Delivery Manager in the last organisation.
Roles and responsibilities are as below.
Supervising the production from start to delivery.
Scheduling for production- weekly/monthly basis.
Reporting to the management in weekly production review meetings and sending status reports.
Tracking project deadlines and conducting weekly meeting for reviews.
Tracking production at various levels of the production pipeline.
Making sure all the quality standards are maintained with the help of checklist and audits.
Tracking the individual performances of the animators, compositors and programmers.
Recruitment -screening, interviewing and shortlisting.
Maintaining project documentation.
Interaction with client for technical details and feedback.

Work Terms

I am very passionate about my work.I work with ethics and expect people to reciprocate the same.I work only 10 hours a day and I charge 8 dollar per hour.I deliver the work as and when the work is completed(i.e. divided into work mile stones as per the agreement with the client).
