Hello! I'm Rami and I'm currently working as a Wholesale VoIP Technical Consultant with a Retail Sales & Training Coordination and development Background. This mixed background helped me a lot in terms of my personal growth and professional development. For the retails sales part, As I had the chance to work in a multinational company it enabled me to learn how to deal with customers ethically and professionally to deliver an outstanding experience aligned with customer values and needs also as I worked as a Training Coordinator I had the chance to read and translate books and educational resources, prepare training aids using well-recognized tools and sharpened my educational skills (I'm proud INLPTA NLP Certified Trainer). Lastly, I have been in the Telecommunication field for the last 4 Years started my way back as a Junior VoIP NOC as my Job is all about investigating details, proactive actions, and working with Tier 1 Telecom Operators it helped me a lot to transform my mentality to accurately deal with International enterprise customers. Numbers and Data Analysis were always my passion That's why I enrolled in Udacity Data Analysis Professional Nanodegree (and Graduated from it!). Always Seeking New Challenges and a happy customer fully satisfied with service and quality is my ultimate goal.

Work Terms

1- Availability: 12-18 Hours of work per week.
2- For Small to medium-sized projects 50% of the payment amount should be paid in advance while the remaining amount should be paid after the project is completed.
3- For Large-sized projects, 25% of the payment amount should be paid in advance while the remaining amount should be paid according to the agreed milestones.
4- For Additional modifications beyond the initially agreed deal it should be paid separately.
