Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
During these hours, I am available for work, meetings, and correspondence. I strive to respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours.

Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
Minimum Budget: $100
Payment Methods: Pioneer
Invoicing: Invoices will be generated and sent bi-weekly for ongoing projects or upon completion of one-time projects.
Payment Due: Payments are due within 7 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Milestones: For larger projects, I prefer to set up milestone payments to ensure smooth progress and mutual satisfaction.
Milestone 1: Initial deposit (25% of total project cost) before starting the project.
Milestone 2: 50% of the total project cost upon reaching the midway point.
Milestone 3: Final payment (25% of total project cost) upon project completion and client approval.
Preferred Communication Style
Primary Communication: Gmail (preferred for detailed instructions and official correspondence)
Secondary Communication: Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet for scheduled meetings and real-time discussions
Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days.
Regular Updates: For ongoing projects, I provide regular updates via Gmail or your preferred communication platform. This ensures you are always informed about the project's progress.
