I am a wordpress designer and Development in the (Pvt) company Abbottabad.I have several years of experience in that company.

Work Terms

Termination: The work terms should also include a termination clause that outlines the circumstances under which the project may be terminated. This includes any breach of the work terms or if the project is no longer feasible.

Communication: The communication protocol should be established at the outset of the project. This includes how often communication will take place, the preferred method of communication, and who will be the primary contact person for the project.

Intellectual Property: The work terms should also address the ownership of any intellectual property created during the project. This includes copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

Liability: The work terms should outline the liability of both parties in the event of any damages or losses incurred during the project. This includes any negligence or breach of the work terms.
