Actuarial science graduate from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with five years working experience in the health insurance field.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to positive business results through effective organization, prioritization, and follow through of key organizational projects. In my former MIS Supervisor role, I developed MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis modules. Also, I prepared utilization review reports, periodically performance analysis reports, behavior change studies, and provided risk assessment measures. I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. In addition, I have designed Fraud & Abuse detection support tools, and participated in the designing and pricing of new health products and the enhancement and implementation of existing ones.
