I am a seasoned Agile practitioner with over 15 years of experience delivering transformative results in the healthcare, IT, and cybersecurity sectors. My journey began with a passion for enabling teams to thrive, creating innovative products that make a meaningful impact, and navigating the intricacies of complex systems with clarity and purpose. As a certified Scrum Master and Project Manager, I’ve managed projects across various industries, including healthcare medical devices, cloud-based platforms, and DevSecOps implementations, driving real-world results through Agile principles.
One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the development of a patient telemetry platform that utilized wearable sensors for real-time data collection. This project required deep collaboration across engineering, data science, and design teams, and ultimately improved care outcomes for thousands of patients. Beyond technical delivery, I believe in empowering people—helping teams transform through coaching, fostering psychological safety, and mentoring future leaders.
Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner who finds inspiration in outdoor adventures (traveled to 47 states, 8 countries and counting), reading about behavioral psychology, and exploring technology’s intersection with human behavior.

Hours of Operation
Availability: Monday – Friday,
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
**Flexible Hours**: Will accommodate time zones or urgent needs with discussed prior notice.
Payment Terms
Invoices: Issued at the start or completion of a sprint (weekly/biweekly depending on the project, expectations are invoices are paid weekly).
Payment Due: Net 7 days from the invoice date.
Payment Methods: Accepts bank transfers, PayPal, and corporate credit cards.
Preferred Communication Style
Primary Channels: Slack for daily or other forms of electronic communications (Teams, etc.), Zoom for scheduled meetings or retrospectives.
Response Time: Within 24 hours for non-urgent inquiries.
Documentation: Project updates and key decisions documented and shared weekly.
