Work Terms
1. **Scope of Work**: The service provider will transcribe audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted written text, ensuring grammatical correctness and maintaining the integrity of the original content.
2. **Quality Standards**: Transcriptions must achieve at least 99% accuracy. All technical terms, proper nouns, and industry-specific jargon must be correctly transcribed and verified.
3. **Turnaround Time**: Standard delivery time is within 3 business days for recordings up to 1 hour in length. Longer recordings or rush orders will be subject to mutually agreed-upon timelines.
4. **Confidentiality**: All recordings and transcriptions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The service provider agrees to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
5. **Revisions**: The client is entitled to two rounds of revisions for any transcription to address errors or clarifications, provided such requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
6. **Payment Terms**: Payment is due upon delivery of the transcription, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a penalty fee as specified in the contract.
7. **Termination Clause**: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. **Limitation of Liability**: The service provider's liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the total amount paid for the transcription services.
