I have helped my client (small scale seller) to register as a seller in Amazon India and helped her to achieve a sales target of 300 units per month (starting from 4 units p.m) within 6 months.So based on my performance i have been asked to continue to maintain her seller account which iam doing happily.

In the domain of e-commerce i have experience in
1. Seller account registration
2. Product Listing/Creating Catalogue (photographs & product details to be given by seller)
3. Brand Approval/Trademark registration process.
4. Inventory Management and Product pricing.
5. Providing Customer support (non-voice) like answering customer queries related to products,sending buyer feedback requests etc.
6. Increasing product visibility by running campaigns and Ads.
7. Amazon seller account revival (if suspended by Amazon for specific reasons).
