Experienced Software Product Developer and Leader
I've always loved building software and that's the reason I still do. Typing away code or designing, instead of sitting in a cubicle waiting for a team to report to me.
As a full time employee till about 5 years ago I have build several products and led engineering teams.
Since last 5 years I have been working as a freelancer. Architecting solutions, designing products, writing code, defining and rolling out engineering practices, training and mentoring teams, deploying software to production, setting up infrastructure, speaking with customers and so on. It has been a busy 5 years.
I am a hustler and keep you on tenterhooks for the bigger good. I'd love to engage with you too.

Work Terms
I work 40+ hours a week and take the Sundays off. I'm generally available to be contacted except when I am asleep. I put more than what's asked for and that's the way I like it.
Fixed or Hourly?
Software creation cannot be planned upfront. We learn and discover new things along the way and that's why I tend not to get into a fixed-bid project. I prefer working on hourly/weekly/monthly rates. While you and I collaborate to see how we can maximise the value from the hours spent.
How do we Engage?
I also like when you, as my customer, are involved frequently to keep steering the boat to ensure we're on the right track. You own what needs to be built and I build it. Of course we throw in our ideas a lot too!
