Work Terms

To ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery, I’ve outlined my work terms below. These terms are designed to ensure both you and I are aligned on expectations, timelines, and the scope of the project.

Project Scope & Agreement:
Before we begin, we’ll have a discussion to define the full scope of your project, including your design preferences, the number of pages/products, specific features, and any special requirements

.Payment Terms.
Hourly Rate: If the project is billed hourly, I’ll provide a detailed breakdown of time spent, with regular updates on hours worked.
Fixed Price: For fixed-price projects, I require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery.

Revisions
I want to ensure you’re happy with the final result. My service includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure everything is up to your expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the initial scope may incur an extra fee, which will be discussed beforehand.

Communication: I believe in clear and prompt communication. I’ll respond to messages within 12 hours during business days and keep you informed of any significant developments.
Deliverables: Once the project is complete, I’ll provide you with all the necessary files, documentation, and credentials required to manage your Shopify store independently.
If any third-party integrations, apps, or custom code are used, I’ll provide a tutorial or instructions on how to maintain and update these elements.

Confidentiality: Your project and all associated materials are important to me. I will treat all information shared with confidentiality and will not disclose or use it for any purpose other than completing your project.
