Flexible for urgent tasks with notice.
2. Payment:
Invoiced biweekly/monthly
Late fees: 5% after 7 days.
3. Communication:
Email for formal requests.
Meetings booked via Calendly or Google meet.
4. Scope:
Includes agreed tasks (e.g., email, CRM, scheduling).
5. Confidentiality:
NDA: Happy to sign one to protect client data.
Secure tools (Google Drive, Trello) used.
6. Termination:
14-day notice.
